not my favoriteJanuary 9, 2009 squirrel seeker(New York) This is not the best Sara Groves CD. I really am a fan of hers but i just think she takes too much liberty with "covers". I only really like one song on the CD and the rest range from ok to annoying.

art and gift wrapDecember 30, 2008 J. Hoyle(NC) Thank you, Sara, for this addition to our Christmas traditions... we enjoyed the child interpretation of the Christmas story, as well as your versions of classic songs and new cute songs like Toy Packaging.
Almost 5 starsDecember 26, 2008 Amanda Sayres(San Antonio) 0 out of 2 found this review helpful
Love her music and style and voice! This album is unique-I love her spin on the classics and her own songs. The only thing I didn't like was that someone's kid was in a lot of the songs reading scripture or talking and I know a lot of people like that but I would really rather not listen to a kid talking when I want to listen to the artist sing. Worse is when kids sing though. You buy the CD wanting to hear the artists and you get stuck listening to a children's choir for 5 minutes. Not sure if this kid sings but there's a whole lot of chatter going on in some of the songs. If it weren't for that 5 stars.
