Product Description
Using kings of the Old Testament as character studies, Steve Farrar examines the critical role a father plays in preparing his son to become a godly man. What separated the good kings from the bad kings was a father who made time commitments to mentor his son, by modeling biblical manhood. Do you want your son to become a man of regal character? Then this book is for you!

King Me - Steve Farrar does it again November 11, 2008 Craig Motsenbocker Steve Farrar, one of the best men's leader in our generation once again uses the brilliance God gave him to deliver one of his best readings to date. King Me - a book that details from the Bible along with Steve's insights how to raise a child in today's modern world. A classic for the ages.
Pretty Good September 4, 2008 DarrenGJohnson (Georgia, USA) The is good book that reads in many places like a sermon. There are some nice chapters on discipline, but methods of discipline are not really spoken of. The fact that discipline is needed is heavily emphasized. The important thing about this book is that Farrar drives home his point that the fathers role is important in the life of the son.
Great Gift for new fathers ... July 10, 2008 MM (Atlanta, GA USA) In this day and age of questionable influences on a young man, the father needs to be equipped to nurture his son into manhood.
Must Read for any Father May 15, 2008 Bill Leeper (Iowa) This is a must read for any father. Steve does an excellent job of covering the difficult subjects that fathers need to discuss with their sons. He uses biblical references throughout to back his points up. He also uses examples from his own life to drive the points home. Some of the material is a challenge, but one that as fathers we need to step up and do.
What our country needs! March 10, 2008 Eric L. Nicholson (Jonesboro, GA United States) If you are a father with a son, this book is a must. Want your son to be a man, you have to show him how to be a man and you have to tell him when he is a man. This book will help.
