I could not believe it when I read this book. They just dealt out the unexpected left and right. I won't tell you exactly what happens, but you find out what a great friend Nada really is, even if you might realize it too late. My sister and I never liked Nada in the first place. We thought she was too pushy, too reckless. She was horning in on Judd and Vicki, and we didn't like that. Now, I find myself liking her, even if I never wanted to.
Also, Vicki just keeps getting stronger and stronger in her faith. I think that if the Rapture had never happened, and if she had received Christ anyway, she'd have made a great pastoress.
